  1. They are from a work colleague of Wayne’s. He has chickens and alpacas in his backyard. Local and properly free range. Negotiation of the trading agreement is still underway. The eggs in the picture were exchanged for a pile of egg cartons. I’m really happy to have found a source of eggs that I can feel good about. Many of the supposed “organic” brands from supermarkets are pretty dodgy. And the regular eggs here are just scary. They are bleached, so the shells are brilliant white and super thin. And they come in polystyrene cartons. For sometimes less than $1 a dozen. A world of wrong.
